How do we weigh an order?

Ceramic never ships bare. Around 200 grams of packaging — protective paper, foam, and a double-walled box — are added to each piece's weight. That is what we call the chargeable weight.

The total is rounded up to the next half kilogram, the same way carriers do it. You see the exact weight and estimate for your order in the cart before paying — no surprises at the door.

The "extra padding" option

At checkout you can add an extra protective layer for a small fee that depends on the destination — we recommend it for large sets and faraway addresses.

Where do we ship?

Worldwide, except politically unstable regions where carriers suspend service — if your country doesn't appear at checkout, that is why. Write to us and we'll look for a way.

And if it arrives broken?

Photograph the piece inside its packaging and write to us within 48 hours; we'll send a replacement or refund you in full. Details in the FAQ.
